  • I’ve submitted my art request. Now what?

    A: Most proofs are sent the next business day. Our Artists are customizing your design. You may check the status of your Art Request from MY GANDY INK DASHBOARD. Once the artwork is complete, we will email or text you a link to review your art, approve as-is, or request changes. Please limit art requests to two designs. Should your group need an exception, please call 800-999-8137.

  • I’ve approved my artwork. What's next?

    Once you have approved the artwork, we will need to know the sizes and quantities for your order. Please Note: On most screen print there is 12 shirt minimum. Youth sizes may have a separate minimum. On embroidery items and sparkle designs the minimum is 6. Please call for specifics on your order, 800-999-8137 or info@gandyink.com.

  • How do I submit an art request online?

    Most prefer to start art online. But, you are welcome to call or email if that is easier for you.

  • When will my order ship?

    Once you approve, Gandy Ink will begin to process your order. Typical turnaround times are as follows:

    Most screen print orders ship in 3 days from sizes and art approval. Specialty garments are longer in turn around.

    Most playoff orders ship next day.

    Embroidery is 2 weeks from sizes (art can still be in process during this time).

    Add on services like sorting and individually packaging garments by name can take an extra two days.

  • I requested a change or have a question about my artwork. What's next?

    If you have requested a change to your art, most changes are done same day. If you submitted a question regarding your proof, someone will respond to your question as soon as possible (usually within one business day). In the interim, you can check the status of your artwork at MY GANDY INK DASHBOARD.

  • Can I order online?

    Yes. Browse our stock designs here, and begin your free art request. Once you have approved your art, you may place your order. Note: you will need to set up or access an account to save designs, place orders, etc. at GandyInk.com.

  • Is there a minimum?

    Yes, screen print is 12 shirt minimum. On embroidery items and sparkle designs the minimum is 6. Youth sizes may have a separate minimum. Please contact us at 800-999-8137 for specifics.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept checks, Visa, Discover, American Express, and Master Card.

  • Can I pay my bill now?

    Yes. We accept payment over the phone, in person, or via mail. If prepaying, please call 800-999-8137. CLICK here to pay online.

  • What is your turnaround time on printing?

    Most basic tee orders ship in three (3) business days. Most Playoff orders ship next day. Please email or call us for a specific time line for your order.

  • Can you make me a custom design?

    Yes, we can create an original design at no extra charge!

  • Do you print with specialty inks?

    Yes. We offer a variety of fluorescent colors and glitter inks, all for the same price as traditional inks.

  • How long has Gandy Ink been printing for schools?

    Schools are the backbone of our business. Gandy Ink was established in 1988, and has been printing for schools since that time. We currently have relationships with more than 7,500 schools across more than 46 U.S. states.

  • Do you offer embroidery?

    Yes. We can customize caps, beanies, jackets, polos, and much more with your logo. And, we don’t charge a digitization fee for your logo.

  • How do I know if you are an approved vendor for my school?

    Gandy Ink is on most of the vendor lists for school. We’d be happy to verify before you order.

  • Can I turn in artwork I created?

    Yes, you can. For the best reproduction quality, we prefer vector artwork in either a .PDF or .EPS format. Otherwise, please submit a .JPG in the highest resolution possible (ideally, 300 pixels per inch or greater). Upload your design now.

  • Can I mix garments with the same print?

    We’re happy to print on long sleeve and short sleeve in the same run. Please ask if there is something specific you have in mind.

  • Can you print on custom areas of the shirt or just standard front and back?

    Yes, we can print your custom art in various locations.

  • Why didn’t I get my proof?

    We send artwork to the email address provided. If you are a new customer, be sure to check your spam folder, just in case. If you know your art number, click here to see art or call us at 800-999-8137, and we can guide you in viewing your art online.

  • Which type of shipping is free?

    Ground UPS shipping is free. Other shipping methods and expedited shipping are available for an additional fee.
