THE GANDY GUARANTEE

At Gandy Ink, we stand behind our products and service with pride. That’s why we offer the Gandy Guarantee — if you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’ll do what we can to make it right.

Whether it’s a misprint, wrong size, or missed deadline, our team is committed to finding a solution that works for you. Our goal is simple: make your experience with Gandy Ink easy, fast, and accurate.

What the Gandy Guarantee Covers

Printing Errors

If the print is crooked, blurry, misspelled, or flawed — we’ll reprint and replace the items. We may request the garments back.

Wrong Item/Color/Size

If we make a mistake with your order (such as sending the wrong item, size, or color), you can keep the incorrect garments and we’ll send replacements at no cost, or you can choose to keep them at a discounted price.

Missing Print Locations

  • If there’s time, we’ll arrange to get the items back to complete the decoration.
  • If not, we’ll work with you to find the best solution.

Missed Events

  • If the order arrives too late but can still be worn, we’ll give you a 25% discount.
  • If the items are no longer usable for a one-time event, we’ll issue a full refund, and you can keep the order.

What’s Not Covered

Bulk Orders (Customer Error):

Wrong Sizes Provided

Because we print each garment to order, we rely on accurate size information submitted at the time of ordering. We cannot accept responsibility for sizing errors submitted by the customer, coach, or sponsor.

Color Differences Due to Screen Displays

Colors may appear differently on your computer or phone screen compared to the final printed product. While we do our best to match colors accurately, slight variations are normal and not considered a defect.

Dislike of Fit/Style/Length

Garment preferences can vary widely by individual. We do our best to provide clear garment specs and size charts, but we cannot guarantee personal fit satisfaction for custom orders.

Misspelled Names Provided by Customer

If incorrect names are submitted on the order form or store, we are not responsible for those errors. Customers are encouraged to carefully review all submitted information before finalizing their order.

Online Store Orders:

To keep these orders efficient and affordable, we have a strict no-return policy for:

  • Sponsor or buyer ordering the wrong size, garment, or color
  • Dislike of fit, color, or style

Important: Every online Store includes a sizing disclaimer to help ensure accurate orders.
