How many products can I offer?
The total number of items sold on the store is up to you, however we do recommend keeping designs and styles lower, so minimums can be met and options are not overwhelming. Our sales and customer service team can help recommend different options to suit your audience and order requirements!
Can I set my own prices?
Yes! Our team will quote your pricing based on style, design and estimated quantity, then you may set your store prices from there. Those can be set for fundraising purposes, or just to cover the sale cost.
My store is being created. When will it be ready?
Our team creates store quickly and efficiently and we want your sale going as soon as possible! Depending on the total number of products on the store, it should be ready for proofing within 1-3 business days. Limited same day setup is available for certain playoff situations.
When/where does the profit check go if I use this sale as a fundraiser?
The profit check is mailed to the billing address associated with your account, unless otherwise specified. It will be sent 1-2 weeks after the sale has been processed.
How do I receive my profit check for a fundraising store?
Your profit check will be mailed to the billing address on your account 1-2 weeks after the store has been processed, unless an alternate address is provided.
When will shirts ship?
Shirts will be shipped within 5-10 business days following the end of the sale.
Can orders be canceled after the sale has ended/processed?
Once the sale has been processed, we are unable to cancel or refund any orders. All items are custom made to order once the sale ends.
Can I get an exchange?
We do not offer exchanges as shirts are made to order. We recommend contacting the store sponsor for assistance with any issues.
How do I finalize my store?
After the online sale concludes, you will receive a closing email with detailed instructions on how to finalize the process.

Each garment or item requires a minimum order quantity, depending on the design method.
