Digital printing, or Direct-to-Film (DTF), is a modern print method that uses high-resolution printers to transfer designs onto garments. Unlike screen printing, it doesn’t require screens or as long of a setup time, making it ideal for small orders. The result is a smooth, detailed print that’s soft, lightweight, and long-lasting.
WHEN IS DIGITAL USED?

PRINTING
Digital printing is used exclusively for orders of 6–17 pieces. It’s the ideal method for this quantity because it doesn’t require setup steps like screen print.

EMBROIDERY
Digital printing can be selected as an embroidery alternative at any quantity (12+ for hats, 6+ for other items), especially when detailed or full-color logos are needed or when printing on garments where embroidery may not be ideal.
