Adding custom names to your shirt?
To expedite your order, please use this form:
Email it to info@gandyink.com once completed or upload with your art.
On the sheet you will see a spot for the name on the back, number, size, and garment. For example:
- Add one line for each shirt (if trevino #9 has 3 garments (s, m, xl) please type that name and number three times and put one size per line.
- You do not have to put anything in the garment spot unless you are getting a mixture of short, long or any other type of garment.
- There is a secondary location on the document for garments that will not need names or numbers on the back.
Using this form will help eliminate errors and increase speed of processing the custom names and numbers. If you have any questions, we would be happy to help.
